Breakfast depending on departure times,
Lunch provided for later departures.


All food will be catered for throughout the week (except for lunch on Saturday) using fresh ingredients. We have fantastic chefs who have amazed previous guests with their culinary skills.

Breakfast will be provided after the morning yoga class, including coffee, tea, juice, yoghurt, fruit salad, muesli and cereal. Lunch and dinner will comprise a variety of dishes with inspiration coming from all around the globe.

We aim to give a very balanced and nutritious diet with white meat, fish and an emphasis on low dairy and wheat.

Individual dietary requirements will be catered for.
