Trekking.

Beginning at La Raillere and ending at Pont D'Espagne, this walk gently climbs the mountain alongside the fast-flowing and picturesque river and its magnificent waterfalls. The surrounding forest is abundant with wildlife and exotic flora.

This majestic but peaceful riverside walk will surely take your breath away with the sounds of the rapids, the freshness of the mountain air and the taste of the cold, clean, crisp water itself. Snacks and water for the walk will be provided and a good, hearty meal will be ready on return to the farm. It's a relatively easy walk, and considered suitable for all ages - walking boots are advised.


June 11th and September 10th
Horse Riding.

‘Le ferme Couhet’, or the Couhet farm, is nearby and, like most of the buildings and local villages, dates back to the 17th century. It has wonderful stables and beautiful horses. We’ll be going on an hour and a half horse ride through the fields, mountains and local villages. The scenery is awe-inspiring and it’s an event to remember! All levels of horse riding will be catered for and there’s a variety of horses with different natures to best suit you.

Rafting

The Pyrenees are abundant with mountain rivers, and what a way to see the Pyrenees! We’ll be going out in big rubber rafts for 6 people, and travelling an hour and a half downstream. Suitable for beginners, you will be fully kitted out with wetsuit, helmet and life jacket.


June 18th and September 17th
Horse Trek.

A day’s adventure leaving shortly after yoga in the morning. We will be driving out to the town of Gavarnie where we will be saddling up to ride out towards Europe’s largest waterfall. Once we get close to our destination we will be tethering the horses and then it’s about a 40 minute walk to the waterfall. A combination of trekking and horse riding with a total of about 3 hours spent on the horses, it’s an inspirational day and truly one not to be missed.

Kayaking.

A Kayak is a lightweight canoe - here’s a chance for beginners or the more experienced to enjoy the thrill and excitement of travelling solo downstream. You’ll be guided and fully equipped with wetsuit life jacket and helmet.
