Johnny Trifunovich

I first trained in 1995 in Holistic Massage and later went on to study Acupressure and Stress Management Massage. In 2002, I left my career in hospitality and retrained in the fantastic world of health, fitness and wellbeing. I studied to be a Personal Trainer, Exercise Instructor, Deep Tissue & Sports Masseur. I worked in these three fields until 2006 when, due to demand and my own passion, I became a full time massage therapist.

Since 2002, I have broadened my talents with courses in Myofascial, Rolfing, Table Thai Massage and Reiki. Massage is a gateway to restoring balance and peace within the body and mind. I love the outdoors from mountains to beaches. I love being around people and value the importance of being together as well as the importance of being with oneself. More info at www.johnny-t.co.uk

Trish Hilferty

With 20 years experience as a chef in London and Sydney, I have had the opportunity to hone my craft in some of the best restaurants and gastro pubs, and in 2006 won an ‘ITV’ award for my cooking in ‘The Fox’ in Shoreditch. I’ve also written two well-received books, "Lobster and Chips" and "150 Gastro Pub Classics".

I currently work as a Home Economist and Food Stylist with clients such as Phaidon Press, Sainsburys and the Sunday Times, amongst others. I am looking forward to the exciting challenge of being part of Weetreat to bring together a healthy, flavoursome menu to ensure everyone has a happy tummy on holiday. Zoë Martin

I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2002. Originally training with the Sivananda School, my love for yoga has drawn me to study and practice different forms and traditions.

My style of teaching is intuitive and creative and informed by my experience of Sivananda yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and the approach of T.K.V. Desikachar. I encourage those who practice with me to build on or develop their own authentic yoga practice. My classes focus on slow flowing, organic sequences of postures to increase strength and flexibility, combined with long held poses, concentration and breathing techniques to increase inner awareness and achieve a calm, tranquil mind.

My teaching experience is diverse, ranging from group classes, one-to-one work and pregnancy yoga to, more recently, the field of mental health. I continue to work and study with my own teacher Janet Evans. More info at www.ekayoga.co.uk

Anthony Rockminster

My passion for wellbeing began with Personal training over 10 years ago. I qualified as a level 3 NASM advanced personal trainer and started my career at a five star hotel in Brighton.

I left to travel the world as a freelance fitness model and trainer and while in Thailand discovered Thai massage and reflexology which I studied in Chang Mai, returning to London to complete deep tissue massage studies with ITEC. Having grasped the workings of the body I went onto the mind and became an NLP practitioner in 2004.

I moved to NYC and studied as a life coach with Personal Dynamics. Having experienced amazing results, my true life's purpose came to fruition and I moved back to London in 2007. My culmination of skills creates a service whereby I align your mind, body and soul to balance and connect you to feeling complete and whole. More info at www.anthony-rockminster.com
